We collect the following personal information for operational purposes:
- Webserver access logs on our domains; containing: URLs, IP address and User-Agent information (30 days)
- IP addresses of connections and account registrations; timestamped and associated with a UID (indefinitely)
- Character identifiers provided on connection; timestamped and asociated with a UID (indefinitely)
- Actions taken on the service; timestamped and associated with a UID, and with action metadata (indefinitely), WITH LIMITATIONS:
- The text content of chat messages are never recorded.
- The content of character appearance data is never recorded.
- Mod file requests, download size, and download speed; associated with an IP address (30 days)
- Individually downloaded mod files; timestamped and associated with your UID (~24 hours)
- Mod files uploaded; timestamped and associated with the initial uploader's UID (indefinitely)
- User profile information that you provide.
- No information we collect is shared with any third parties, in a way that is not evident via the service itself
(e.g. your profile, appearance data, and character identifiers are shared with paired users) - Huggingway is the sole operator of the service. 🐰
- Collected data will never be used for any purpose other than moderation, account support, or keeping the service running.
- Collected data has not been the subject of any legal court order.
- Aggregated data which does not de-anonymize individuals may be shared, e.g. number of active users over time
- Some web requests are made via CloudFlare, whose privacy policy is available here.
A UID is a unique identifier of a registered Loporrit service account.
A Character Identifier is a player's Character Name and Homeworld.
